Core Cooking Diploma:
Level 2 Cooking – Sous Chef Course:
This module is best suited for students with great appetite to learn the basics about the art of cuisenaire. It is the first part of the two terms Diploma. The course runs over 8 weeks and students go through the basics and fundaments of cookery techniques with a thorough grounding. They will learn the science behind the techniques and building a solid understanding of fundamental culinary skills. With training in kitchen practice, understanding recipes, time planning, menu planning and cooking for large numbers of guests, students can expect to become proficient and confident cooks. Students completing this course often find work as sous chefs, catering for private events and catered accommodations in the Iran and abroad. Our cooking certificates are internationally recognised in the food industry and is only awarded to students who pass the final exams and continual assessments. The course covers variety of local and international main dishes such as:
Level 1 Cooking – Advanced Chef Course: This is our ultimate class those aspiring future master chefs or those seeking to launch a career in the food industry. In combination with our level 2 classes we cover over 75 types of dishes across these two modules. This course offers a comprehensive professional training across 6 weeks that will ensure an all rounded knowledge of food & cooking along with a clear sense of current industry trends, culinary styles, and menu planning. A typical day is divided between demonstrations and practical cooking sessions. Students might also receive guest lectures and demonstrations from gastronomic head chefs from leading hotels and restaurants. These may also include guest workshops from caterers, food scientists and other culinary experts. Our cooking certificates are internationally recognised in the food industry and is only awarded to students who pass the final exams and continual assessments.
